eclipse调试nodejs乱码

我依照http://www.noanylove.com/2012/01/with-eclipse-debugging-node-js/ 搭建好了eclipse调试环境，example.js放在e盘下，文件和eclipse功能编码都是UTF-8. 但是如图：

有两个地方不明白： 1.文件名为什么是e_example.js 2. 文件怎么是乱码啊。。。。
