小弟ruby/gem门外汉，github上的Capistrano下载后发现gem buidl capistrano.gemspec 始终装不上去。请问这个软件有什么离线安装方法吗？是否一定要上网gem install才能安装，虽然淘宝镜像了站点？ 公司服务器不可能接外网，好惆怅啊~~
