HCD Learning product team is looking for API, web framework, and service-oriented experts to build high quality web applications that bring online courses to our clients. As part of our small and agile team of software engineers, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing the back-end APIs for our services and working with other members on the team to create great experiences. We use a variety of technologies in our platform, such as AngularJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Socket.io, Lazarus, Delphi and more! You don’t need to come in knowing all of these; we want talented engineers who can pick up the tools they need on the fly and who share our passion for writing coding that will help our clients to get transformational experiential learning experience. Duites & Responsibilities
- Innovate on building highly scalable and responsive APIs(NodeJS/Express/Socket.io)
- Architect and implement back-end services to support our web clients
- Maintain core service library code that powers our platform, develop test cases to insure quality of APIs
- Work closely with the rest of the team to bring our features into production
Required Skills
- Able to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks
- Expertise with API design, database(MongoDB) integrations
- Comfortable working across the full web stack
- Familiar with NodeJS libraries/framework like Q/Express/Mongoose
Bonus Points
- Experience in Object-Oriented Pascal(Delphi/Lazarus) would be a plus
- Experience in Socket.io/Nodejs/MongoDB/Mongoose would be a plus
