I’ve got exciting news! This week, npm released a critical feature set for private packages: support for teams. In addition to Private Packages for individuals — the npm plan that you currently use — now you can opt for an organization plan to better support your team’s development workflow.
Called Organizations or Orgs, this new tier delivers the features most requested by developers like you. The plan enables teams of developers to collaborate and manage both public and private packages using npm.
Orgs provides the features that will make npm an essential tool for enterprise development environments. I hope you’ll give it a shot:
