无法通过iframe操作另一个域名下的页面元素么？

貌似获取iframe下元素，或者对iframe下元素进行修改都失败鸟，为何？ 有啥办法可以对非同一个域名下iframe页面进行元素访问和修改呢？

赶脚报了一堆错误，如 Blocked a frame with origin "http://xxx.com" from accessing a frame with origin "http://localhost:2000". Protocols, domains, and ports must match. Failed to load resource 但是，浏览器好像显示页面是没有问题的
